The Livia will produce picture perfect crema when coupled with your choice of heavy duty grinder: the Moka doser or the K2 doserless. Each grinder offers 51 fineness adjustments, so you are guaranteed to find that one magical setting that unleashes the best espresso. Both your grinder and Livia will rest upon the included two drawer stainless steel base that is both beautiful and functional.

Pasquini Livia 90 Automatic

Basically a commercial espresso machine in a smaller package, the Pasquini Livia 90 gives you the full capability of professional brewers. Its large copper heat exchanger boiler is supplied by a nearly one-gallon water tank. It brews with a commercial sized brew group and 58 mm commercial portafilter, all made of solid marine grade brass. The Livia 90 can brew and steam at the same time and comes with a dedicated hot water spout for tea. Pasquini included several commercial protection features such as auto-refill and a 3 way solenoid valve. The heating element also has a safety shutoff if you run out of water, and it cannot maintain the proper boiler water level. Choice of a Ground Espresso or Pod brewing model.

Choice Of Moka Or K2 Espresso Grinder

Offering the essential complement to any espresso machine, Pasquini gives you the choice of either the Moka doser grinder or the K2 doserless grinder. As stated, the Moka is a doser model that dispenses espresso from 6 to 9 grams per pull on the dosing lever. It has 55 mm tempered steel flat burrs and a powerful 120 Watt motor. The K2 doserless will grind directly into the Livia’s portafilter and is activated by the trigger switch directly beneath the dispensing chute. The K2 uses 50 mm tempered steel flat burrs and a 100 Watt direct drive motor.

Stainless Steel Two Drawer Base

The Pasquini Stainless Steel Base supports both the Livia 90 and your choice of grinder. It weighs in at 15 pounds and is polished to a beautiful finish to match your Livia. Each draw can hold any number of accessories and parts and can also double as a knock box with the removable rubber knocking bar.
